GENERAL MANAGER PEOPLE & CULTURE
Mary has extensive experience in Human Resource Management in both the private and public sector that covers a period of 17 years. Prior to joining the Jesmond Group, Mary worked as a Senior HR Business Partner at the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission whose principal role is to protect and enhance the safety, health, well-being and quality of life of people receiving aged care.
As the Head of People and Culture, her responsibility is to work in partnership with the wider business to deliver client focused HR Services across all HR functions by providing strategic and operational HR services. These services include recruitment and onboarding, compliance, industrial and employee relations, injury case management, rewards and recognition, policy development and providing HR advice and support to all staff.
Leveraging her skills, expertise and capabilities in HR, Mary takes collaborative approach to Human Resource Management cultivating a positive workplace culture which enables our staff to grow in a supportive environment and deliver person-centered care to all our residents.
Mary holds a Bachelor Degree in Business (Management) from Western Sydney University.
